Dallas has completed various levels of professional training. He was licensed as a property and casualty insurance agent in 2003 and as a life & health broker in 2004.
Dallas grew up in Gallatin, MO, and graduated with a B.S. degree in Agriculture Education, with a minor in Animal Science, and Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He taught agriculture classes in public schools at Braymer, MO, and Norborne, MO. Dallas then held loan officer positions for several years with Bank Midwest and then Horizon State Bank while still marketing and maintaining an active book of business in health insurance. With a growing family and the benefits that come with that, he left banking to pursue insurance full time towards the middle of 2011 after having been an insurance broker of a night and weekends since 2003. He maintains an affiliation with his parents, Kenneth and Sharon Lockridge and Tara Burns, who own/operate the Daviess County Farmers Mutual office and Lockridge Insurance Agency, Gallatin. The family has been in the field of insurance since 1993.
